研究方向
主要运用生化和分子生物学、细胞生物学以及多种蛋白质相关技术和结构生物学方法,研究细胞表面受体、免疫受体、粘附分子等的结构和功能,阐释其在肿瘤发生和转移以及相关疾病中的作用和分子机制。同时结合电子显微学、荧光显微学等手段研究肿瘤侵袭转移的过程和机制,为肿瘤的诊疗提供理论依据和靶点。
