研究方向
1) 肿瘤细胞和免疫系统相互作用的细胞分子机制;2)细胞转化和肿瘤发生、进展的分子基础。主要关注细胞转化中衰老逃逸的机制、肿瘤相关蛋白的泛素化-去泛素化失衡的生物学效应等。 研究目标于发现肿瘤发生、发展的新机制,探索建立干预肿瘤发生进展的新策略;研究项目涉及关键信号通路、去泛素化酶、转录因子等在细胞转化、衰老逃逸、肿瘤免疫耐受、调节性T细胞发育等过程中的作用。
