研究方向

1.乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)相关肝癌的预警模型开发和早期诊断研究

在我国肝癌患者中,90%以上的人具有乙肝病毒(HBV)感染的证据。本研究组长期以来系统地研究江苏启东肝癌高发区HBV DNA异质性与肝癌的关系,致力于寻找和鉴定可作为新的肝癌预警和诊断标志物的肝癌相关性HBV突变,并以病毒和宿主参数共同构建的肝癌预警评分系统,以期在国内肝癌筛查中发挥积极作用。

2.肝癌和肝外肿瘤的HBV病因学研究

HBV感染不仅是诱发肝癌的危险因素,其和一些肝外肿瘤如胰腺癌、淋巴瘤等的发生也密切相关。从HBV病毒角度探索肝癌以及肝外HBV相关肿瘤发生发展的分子机制也是我们的研究方向之一,以期为HBV相关肝外肿瘤的预防和诊治提供新的策略和靶标。

3.外周肿瘤的整体系统性调控及机制研究

本研究组对机体对胰腺癌、肺癌、肝癌等外周肿瘤的整体系统性调控作用有着广泛的兴趣,是我们近年来的主要研究方向之一。目前,我们主要通过建立不同的实验动物模型,探讨环境、生活习惯、心理应激等系统性因素对外周肿瘤发生发展的重要调控作用,并深入研究这一肿瘤调控作用中神经、免疫、内分泌等相关机制,并致力于将这方面的基础研究发现在肿瘤预防、康复和综合治疗的实践中进行转化应用。
