Ni-E is a top-level electric upright fluorescence microscope of Nikon, with Nikon’s unique CFI60 excellent optical system as the basis and CFI Plan Apochromat λ series objective lens newly developed as the guarantee and key for top image quality. The unique layered structure and modular design of Nikon make the system have fast, efficient and flexible construction and strong scalability and upgrade space. After adding specific modules, it can be upgraded to confocal, multi-photon, super-resolution and TIRF systems, widely used in the research of bioscience, medicine, histoembryology in the field of diagnosis, immunofluorescence, FISH, genomics, proteomics, etc.
