Our institute has made another success in the application of sailing plan project of Shanghai "scientific and technological innovation action plan" in 2021. Tian Yu, Li Fengqin, Li Ronghong, Liu Zhengyang, Hu Lipeng, Gaojian, Tian Wei and Chen Mengnuo were selected into the sailing plan, laying a solid foundation for the discipline talent construction and basic research sustainable development of our institute.
