个人简介

现任癌基因及相关基因国家重点实验室,肿瘤表观遗传和计算生物信息学研究组组长,研究员,上海交通大学医学院博士生导师。美国肿瘤研究协会(AACR)会员,上海市消化病学会肿瘤学组委员。

目前的研究方向是消化道疾病发生发展的分子机制,具体围绕胃肠道表观遗传修饰、肠道菌群紊乱和信号通路展开研究。近5年以第一作者或共同通讯作者先后在Cell、Cancer Discovery、Gut、Nature Communications、Clin Cancer Res和Molecular Cancer等著名期刊发表SCI论著20篇(影响因子超过160分,单篇最高31.4分,5分以上SCI论著16篇)。

作为项目负责人获国家自然科学基金多项项目资助。入选教育部及省部级多项人才计划;以第三完成人获2018年国家科技进步二等奖。


研究方向

1.       肠道菌群紊乱与肿瘤和相关代谢性疾病发生发展及其免疫调控的机制研究

2.       RNA m6A甲基化修饰、lncRNA、microRNA及circular RNA等非编码RNA在肿瘤发生发展中的作用研究

3.       外泌体中lncRNA、microRNA及circular RNA等非编码RNA作为非侵入性疾病发生发展及预后判定的诊断标志物发现
